The highlight of the night will feature two-time world champion Montserrat “Raya” Alarcón, who will be defending her title at the World Boxing Association (WBA) Light Flyweight World Championships, where she will take on former light flyweight champion Silvia “Guerrerita” Torres.
The second main event of the night will mark the first international fight of Sergio Chirino Jr. of Oaxaca in the featherweight category against Alie “Demolition Man” Laurel, a Philippine boxer seeking to further his career and earn his first world title.
Prior to both these fights, a selection of promising young boxers from Guanajuato will make their debut.
A press conference, a public training session and the official weighing ceremony will take place on the Tuesday before Boxing Night.
All fights will be broadcast live by TV Azteca on BOX AZTECA, with running commentary by Julio César Chávez.
