BODY COMBAT

de LES MILLS

Register for this in-person event, which will be held in León, Guanajuato,

and take the first step to becoming a Certified BODYCOMBAT™ Instructor.

Inspired by no-contact martial arts, BODYCOMBAT™ is a full-body exercise routine designed to help you get fit fast and tone your muscles.

Based on a wide range of disciplines, from karate, boxing and Tae Kwon Do to Tai Chi and Muay Thai, BODYCOMBAT™ works out your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and is phenomenal for your abs. Your students will benefit from a complete exercise routine and burn up to 740 calories a session—all the gain and none of the pain of demanding boxing or Jiu Jitsu routines.

As a certified instructor, you can coach your students in the gym using scientifically-designed movements and techniques, accompanied with a hefty dose of motivation and some great music. These are routines that can be completed in 30, 45 or 50 minutes.
