For 23 years, Magna Expo Mueblera has been one of the most important trade exhibitions for the Latin American furniture and woodworking sectors. Starting this year the show will become part of Deutsche Messe’s international calendar of events, and we will work on different strategies to add value to our exhibition customers, improve the quality of the event in general, increase the level of participation and enhance our visitor profile, among them:
Distinct Segmentation. Beginning in 2018 Magna Expo Mueblera will present two clearly differentiated events. Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial is focusing on technology, machinery and material supply for the forestry, woodworking and furniture manufacturing industries. Magna Expo Mueblera e Interiores will concentrate on companies that offer end products within the furniture and decoration industry such as home and office furniture, flooring and accessories for interior decoration.
Advertising and specialized promotion. Each segment will run its own communication strategy to facilitate the transmission of our message and to attract more professional buyers and decision makers. We are implementing new standards within our advertising design and the overall image of the event. Also, we will increase our investments in traditional media and digital platforms. The generation of synergies with groups and organizations from the different industries within the event for the benefit of the exhibitor community is one of our main goals.
Redesign of the floor plan and professionalization of the parallel program. We have redesigned the available stand spaces to facilitate the visitor flow and distribution throughout the exhibition floor. Additionally, we are designing spaces for company promotion, technical trainings and the presentation of innovations. The overall improvement of the visitor experience during the event will generate short and medium term benefits for our exhibitors.
